If so, then we have an opportunity for you!

We have a fantastic development opportunity for someone who has recently qualified and is looking for a team they can invest in - and also be invested and developed in.

Within the Bolsover and Clay Cross Adults of Working Age Community Mental Health Team, we believe supporting colleagues to meet their maximum potential is essential to providing great care.

It is an exciting time to join our service and be a part of the transformation of our community services in line with the Community Mental Health Framework for Adults and Older Adults, called Living Well.

Social Workers: We have a professional Social Work and Occupational Therapy Leads who will be able to offer you professional supervision, alongside robust management and clinical supervision from the leadership team.

Main duties of the job

The posts will involve working with a varied caseload of people who are seeking support with their mental health, supporting them with a goals-based approach through their recovery journey.

It is essential that you have good communication skills and that you operate as a well-integrated member of the multi-agency team, maintaining a person-centred and person-led approach.

We are looking for individuals that can provide psychologically informed interventions either on a 1:1 or group basis and have a passion for making a positive difference.

As a senior member of the team you will be expected to take a leadership role through mentoring and coaching, supervision, role modelling professionalism and be a valued member of the team. You will need to have the ability to transport yourself and service users across a wide, geographical area, without compromising service needs.
