Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced nurse with a genuine interest in Perinatal services to join our expanding team on The Beeches Mother and Baby Unit. We are recruiting a Clinical Lead Nurse to provide strong clinical leadership to our growing team.
You will be an aspiring leader with the ability to adopt a highly accessible and visible approach for patients, relatives and colleagues.
You will have the ability to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement with a particular emphasis on the patient journey and clinical outcomes.
Main duties of the job
The Lead Nurse will support the team by providing a strong clinical presence, be an excellent role model and be able to deliver compassionate, evidence-based, quality care to those that access our service.
The post holder will present a professional image of nursing to promote a positive image for the trust to service users, carers and the community as a whole.
