Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Mental Health Nurses to join the Killamarsh and North East Derbyshire Community Mental Health Team.
The successful candidates will be part of a friendly multi-disciplinary team and be expected to care coordinate a diverse caseload.
We aim to provide a comprehensive, multi professional service that continues to improve and develop services that promote recovery and wellbeing.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate is expected to be fully conversant with all types of mental illness and disorders, be able to demonstrate expertise in safety planning, have a working understanding of the CPA process and NICE guidance and able to manage working autonomously in a community setting.
The successful candidate can expect to work within an experienced, lively and committed team.
This is a great development opportunity for a band 5 nurse or newly qualified nurses to gain experience within a community setting and develop new skills.
To support continued professional development the successful candidate will receive regular supervision both individual and group from senior colleagues, and your service manager to support you with your caseload.
