DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be the first point of contact in providing basic advice and guidance on day-to-day workforce queries, working within the boundaries of the Trusts Policies and Procedures, signposting when necessary and escalating to a senior colleague when appropriate.
- Provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Workforce Team in all aspects of case work, projects, and Agenda for Change.
- Effective use of the IT systems to collage and produce the workforce management information/metrics, ie. appraisal and mandatory training figures etc.
- Take a proactive approach in arranging meetings and hearings within agreed timescales, liaising with those involved and securing appropriate rooms when required.
- Produce accurate records of minutes, either handwritten and/or typed, during meetings/hearings and distribute to the appropriate sources.
- Arrange dates and venues for training sessions and provide administrative support.
- Copy and issue hearing packs by the required deadlines.
