The NHS North West Leadership Academy is excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing and Engagement Apprentice. This role is designed for someone eager to develop their marketing skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to the promotion of leadership and development opportunities within the NHS.As a Marketing and Engagement Apprentice, you will play a supportive role in our marketing team, assisting in the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns, digital content, and events that align with our strategic objectives. You will have the chance to work on a variety of projects, providing valuable support in areas such as social media management, market research, and analytics reporting. This position is an excellent experiential opportunity to support personal and professional growth through a structured learning programme.

Main duties of the job
Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Provide assistance in managing our social media channels and website content, ensuring it is engaging and up-to-date.
Assist in the organisation and promotion of events and workshops. Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and fliers.
Support the marketing team with market research and analysis to inform strategy and decision-making.
Engage in a programme of learning as part of the level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, applying new skills and knowledge to your role.

The apprentice role will be expected to enrol on the level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, combining workplace learning with formal training. By the end of the apprenticeship, you will have developed a comprehensive skill set in marketing, alongside gaining a recognised qualification that will support your career progression within the NHS and beyond.
