Outpatients Antenatal Manager and Team Leader
Full time, mon-fri, with divisional on calls and weekend manager working.
- To carry out the role of the Midwife as defined by the NMC code of practise.
- To act as a role model for all staff.
- To provide effective visible leadership support and management to all staff working within the maternity services.
- To support and lead emergencies
- To be responsible for the Maternity Managers bleep and respond to sickness and staffing issues.
Main duties of the job
Managing the antenatal services for outpatients clinic and a line manager for staff.
To have oversight and implement changes in Maternity Day Unit, Antenatal Clinic and Maternity Triage.
BSOTs is the aim for maternity triage, with a project manager implementing following training and area issues.
Reports to Maternity Matrons.
