Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Admin Assistant to join our SACCT Division Management team mainly to support Orthopaedics Data entry required.

You will need to be a team player, have excellent organisational and communication skills and an eye for detail. A good knowledge of Microsoft applications and knowledge of case note folder locations around the hospital would be advantageous.

The main part of this post will be inputting for Orthopaedics inputting data for NJR, NHFD and AQUA. You may also be asked to support with helping to complete deadlines for u-codes and open clinics, basic validation and chasing up results, photocopying and any other admin duties required by the SACCT Division Management team.
