Job summary
Reporting to the Communications, Marketing, and Engagement Manager, the Marketing and Communications Administrator will support the delivery of the marketing, communications and engagement strategies and the delivery of the Divisional Objectives and associated action plans.
In accordance with Atlas' business plan and communication and marketing goals, the Post holder will administer the Atlas social media accounts, website (WordPress), and SharePoint, as well as devise methods to reach new communities and audiences.
The job entails creating regular, high-quality content for internal and external audiences, such as blogs, press releases, social media content, reports, presentations, artwork (print and digital), and assisting in the production and editing of videos, among other things.
Furthermore, the Marketing and Communications Administrator will require exceptional IT abilities, including a thorough understanding of WordPress and Microsoft's suite of tools, which includes Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Forms, and SharePoint.

1.1.2 General The post holder will:
- Attend meetings, when required and, where necessary represent the Communications, Marketing, and engagement Manager, as well as cascading information as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulation principles and promote Information Governance.
