The post holder is responsible for helping to ensure that the organisation meets its statutory and contractual obligations regarding domestic services, across the appropriate community services
Main duties of the job
The post holder will have the day to day responsibility of supervising the community domestic service in their areas ensuring the delivery of a high quality, efficient, cost effective service which remains consistent with end user needs.
They will co-ordinate, motivate and communicate with their staff and sometimes with stakeholders in their localities.
They must be capable of working on their own initiative, have a high level practical and theoretical knowledge of the National Cleaning Standards (new addition) .
