Job summary

Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust is seeking an experienced CIP Project Manager (Band 6, 1.0 WTE)to join the Strategy and Digital Directorate as part of the Trust's Programme Management Office (PMO).

This is a key senior role within the Trust's transformation and improvement agenda, responsible for leading and delivering cost improvement localisedprojects that support strategic development, service improvement,productivityand financial sustainability.

The post holder will work closely with clinical and operational teams, and divisional leadership triumvirates to ensure that Trust-wide CIP priorities are delivered effectively, sustainably and in line with best practice project management standards.

Main duties of the job

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the CIP Project Manager will lead multiple cost improvement schemes across divisions and corporate directorates across the Trust, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives,milestonesand benefits.

The role involves providing expert project management support to divisions and corporate directorates, contributing to the Trust's strategic planning, annualplanningand cost improvement programmes.

The post holder will provide leadership, coaching and professional oversight, while also influencing and supporting stakeholders to deliver cost improvement benefits.
