Sandwell School Health Nursing team are innovative, unique and motivated health professionals. The team engages with children, young people, families and communities in addressing the public health agenda.

Main duties of the job

Support workers within Sandwell School Nursing team will work together to support the delivery of public health agenda across Sandwell.

Support workers work together with qualified staff to deliver universal services such as health promotion as well targeted support for the school aged population.

Sandwell School Health Nursing team is a service sitting within Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust they are innovative, unique and motivated health professionals. Who work tirelessly across the authority to support the school age population of Sandwell.
