Job summary

Band 5 Staff Nurse at Harvest View

Harvest View is an integrated community Re-ablement Centre working alongside Sandwell Council. Nursing floor at Harvest View is currently situated on the 1st Floor and the nursing team work alongside Sandwell council team in an intergrated approach to a patients reablement journey.

Community experience is preferable but not essential as all training will be provided by Harvest View team

Main duties of the job

Suitable for Newly qualified Band 5 nurses and experienced Nurses.

Medication Administration

Delivering the Fundamentals of Care

Admission and Discharge Planning

Providing Hydration and Nutrition

Wound dressings

Reconditioning
