Main duties of the job
To work as a full member of the clinical and managerial team within the Heath Street Health Centre, Primary Care Network (PCN) Directorate of Sandwell & West Birmingham Hospitals Primary Care, Communities and Therapies (PCCT) Group providing a full range of medical services to our patients.

Essential
- Full GMC Registration
- Entry on the GMC GP Register within 6 months from the date of interview)
- MRCGP or equivalent

Management and Administrative Experience

Teaching and Training Experience
