Job summary
The PCN Network Manager role exists to support the delivery of the Primary Care Network agenda. They will support the PCN on a day to day basis in all elements of governance and management and to support in the delivery of high quality primary health care with the practices in the PCN.
Main duties of the job
The PCN Network Manager will provide support to the Clinical Director to ensure that all the requirements of the PCN DES are met. They will also be involved in day to day management and development of network. They will be required to support with recruitment and training of new staff and also to supervise the training and development of existing staff. They will also be required to attend regular meetings and facilitate educational events for the PCN.
