The successful candidate will be a vital member of the Clinical Ward Service Team supporting the pharmaceutical needs of patients within the cardiology team across the Trust; this will include opportunities for advanced practice. The role also involves providing regular, dispensary based clinical pharmacy services across both hospital sites.

The successful candidate will be encouraged to complete a non-medical prescribing qualification to support the service if this has not already been undertaken.

About us
