Job summary

We are looking for a special individual who has significant experience within NHS . Including experience required of using and entering information onto databases and spreadsheets Do you have experience working within a multi disciplinary team involving co-ordination of meetings and managing cancer patient pathways. If you have experience of using medical terminology and have working experience in all aspects of Trust clinical systems e.g. PAS, CRIS, Somerset Cancer Registry

Main duties of the job

The post holder will ensure all patients are tracked through their pathway challenging where necessary to ensure all cancer targets are met and to be a point of contact for members of the MDT on a day to day basis to ensure continuity of communication.

To be responsible for the collection, input and upload of all patient information in relation to the cancer waiting times, NCASP (national clinical audit support program) Audits and COSD (cancer outcomes and services dataset).
