Job summary
The band 3 Administrator (fixed term) will be a flexible resource to support teams in the provision of services to include organisation of work for self and other team members and may have front line contact with service users, carers, the general public or other external stakeholders, as well as internal colleagues.
- The Administrator will support the MHLD-ADHD team.
- The post holder will have developed skills in customer care which they will use to in their transactions with clients/other externalstakeholders and internal colleagues
- The post holder will be using basic office skills in Word,Outlook and Excel
- The post holder will also be maintaining records on electronicsystems such as RiO
- Development of documents will be required eg . letters, spreadsheets and reports to KMPT standard
Main duties of the job
Completeness and data quality
- The post holder will be expected to maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate appropriate use of email, calendar and centralised booking systems
Organisation/Autonomy
- The post holder will prioritise workload and interpret urgent natureof calls and people presenting in person in order to pass promptly into those appropriately qualified personnel for action
Supervision/Delegation
- The post holder will work autonomously but will receive regular supervision and appraisals by their line manager
Document preparation and record keeping
- The post holder will be expected to produce high quality documentsfrom a variety of software
Financial resources
- The post holder may maintain basic financial records
Health & Safety
- As with all posts, observe the required health and safety rules andtake personal responsibility for the security of the area within which they work
