Senior Improvement Manager - Shaping the Future of Mental Health Care in Kent

ThisSenior Improvement Manager role is an exciting opportunity to work with an amazing team to design and deliver that agenda and really make a difference to our patients, services users, carers and our people.

Main duties of the job

This role will lead the delivery of the training programmes; content and curriculum.

Training:

  • Support the delivery of Yellow belt training as required to meet specific departmental KPI's
  • Support the delivery of Green belt training as required to meet specific departmental KPI's
  • Delivery of IMS roadmap
  • Lead on the content creation and delivery of the Improvement Management System (IMS) training to Trust
  • Identify opportunities for sharing innovation across divisions and specialties as they are trained
  • Delivering a roadmap to ensure trust-wide capability building as well as on-going coaching for staff.
