Are you an experienced RMN looking for a senior role and want a new challenge?There is an exciting permanent opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic RMN looking for a senior role in East Kent based at St Martins in Canterbury.

Main duties of the job

You will fulfil the role of Senior Nurse in Charge attending to your patients' needs whilst ensuring a safe environment for excellent care. You must be able to support the needs of our patients, their relatives and carers; which requires excellent communication and liaison skills.You must have post-registration experience including working within a busy acute environment and have completed mentorship training to be able to mentor students.You should have the confidence to voice your opinion and views as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will be working with a wide range of experienced and friendly professionals, providing high quality of care and compassion.

You will also have excellent interpersonal skills to manage and supervise and lead staff effectively.
