We're looking for an internal communications expert for 12 months, while the current post holder is seconded to another opportunity in KMPT. You would be a senior leader in the communications team, and regularly advise the most senior members of the organisation.
Main duties of the job
As part of our high-performing, friendly team, you would oversee our internal communications effort - including planning and executing staff engagement campaigns on a variety of important issues, creating content & collateral suitable for a broad range of channels (from print to digital), helping to deliver an innovative, new, intranet to better connect and engage with our geographically diverse staff and supporting our executive management to drive forward change that will allow us to take better care of both our staff and patients.

- To plan, deliver, and evaluate impactful and outcome-focused internal communications campaigns, products, and activities that support the organization's priorities;
- Create engaging content for the full range of channels we use, including the intranet, social media channels, vlogs, blogs & newsletters;
- To provide strategic internal communications counsel and support to a range of colleagues across the trust;
- To oversee our internal communications channels to ensure they are being used effectively & helping to drive increased staff engagement with organisational priorities
