Job summary

Would you like to be part of a progressive therapy in-patient service? Jasmine Ward are looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join their therapy team.

KMPT offers an extensive preceptorship program for newly qualified staff and the ward offers an opportunity to develop in your role with the support from the OT and ward teams.

Main duties of the job

As Occupational Therapists we are positioned to shape the culture of inpatient settings to promote a therapeutic day that co-exists to enhance therapeutic interventions and recovery focused ethos on the units.

"Applicants are required to be a car drivers and have access to a car for home visits and assessments, unless supported by the Equality Act whereby the Trust will be expected to make reasonable adjustments for the successful candidate"

Please be aware, although we are a Mental Health Ward, all staff are expected to wear PPE in line with Government Guidelines.
