Were looking for a dedicated Team Secretary to provide essential administrative support that enables our clinical practitioners to deliver high-quality care to our service users. In this role, youll be a key part of the team, ensuring that the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Main duties of the job
Your responsibilities include the receipt and processing of new referrals to the team ensuring the team remain within data protection parameters as well as general admin duties.
You will receive telephone calls from both professionals and members of the public maintaining a professional and helpful manner and make accurate recordings on the clinical system.
You will maintain SPA rotas, diaries and the booking of appointments, general support to clinical staff with letters, minutes etc.
