Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Team Secretary to join the Core Team, based at Baghill House Health and Wellbeing Centre, Pontefract.
You will be part of a fully established Multi-Disciplinary Team that supports people in the local community on their recovery journey, utilising trauma informed principles.
At the time of advertising, this role does not meet the minimum requirements (salary threshold or occupational requirements) set by UK Visas and Immigration to sponsor candidates to work in the UK. Main duties of the job
You will work within a Team of secretaries, supporting the wider team to ensure smooth running of the service. You will be expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working in an autonomous way, organising and prioritising your workload. The role will involve liaising directly with service users, family and carers as well as other professionals from both internal and external services.
The role will involve utilising the Trusts in house computer system, triaging calls and all other relevant administration duties.
