Job summary
As Team Administrator you will
contribute to the smooth running of our Single Point of Access team which
consists of the team manager, senior mental health professionals, Consultant
Psychiatrist and other admin staff.
The role is provide admin
support which includes receipt and processing of new referrals both written, by
receiving phone calls from other professionals and members of the public before
passing to the appropriate professionals. You will ensure systems and processes
are followed in a timely manner, and communicate effectively within the team.
The team is busy and sometimes
challenging but rewarding, in turn you will be welcomed and supported by all.
At the time of advertising, this role does not meet the
minimum requirements (salary threshold or occupational requirements) set by UK
Visas and Immigration to sponsor candidates to work in the UK. For this reason,
unfortunately we are unable to sponsor anyone on a visa for this role at this
moment in time.
Main duties of the job
You will man the
main telephone access to the team.
Conduct varied
admin tasks including the typing of clinical letters.
Be proficient in
using our clinical IT system and maintain team spreadsheets.
Book and send
initial assessment appointments, also maintain team diaries.
Conduct admin
audits when required and take team meeting minutes.
