Job summary
Part Time = 30 hours per week
As the ELearning Coordinator you will undertake a variety of duties to support the functioning and development of the Trusts Elearning system and elearning packages for Learning and Development. This will involve supporting learners to resolve their own elearning issues, providing guidance and support, and facilitating elearning training.
Main duties of the job
Implement new E-Learning packages to support training requirements of the Trust and Corporate Learning Needs Analysis / Upload regional and national packages onto the ESR portal
Supporting learners to resolve their own E learning issues by various methods of communication and give IT training where needed
Facilitating E-Learning training by demonstrating e learning access to users
Work with external E-Learning providers to implement new packages into the Trust, report issues to regional e-learning system administrator, register new users and install software upgrades when required.
Work with subject specialists to review E Learning content and refresh as required
Support design of E-Learning materials
To assist with the auditing and evaluation of training programmes aiming to continuously improve them and provide evaluation reports.
Produce specific reports using ESR Business Intelligence to support Mandatory Training compliance agenda
Coordinate the learning activity undertaken through non ESR E platforms
- Ensures that all requests from users for assistance are handled promptly and effectively; is pro-active to ensure that users make effective use of the facilities available to them.
