The Facilities Support Worker is an important member of the team who helps provide a range of duties across the Trust in a professional manner.

We are looking to recruit a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our Portering and Transport team based at Kendray Hospital. The Facilities Support Worker roles are part of a team working within an integrated Facilities Services department, offering a high quality, flexible and customer focused service.

The successful post holder will be required to carry out specific duties which include general portering, delivery and collection of meals, pharmacy, mail, laundry and refuse and will also be required to undertake basic maintenance tasks. You will be required to work as part of a team and be able to use a degree of initiative to prioritise and organise daily duties, whilst maintaining a professional approach at all times regardless of the situation.

Main duties of the job
