Spirit
in Mind is an innovative project that brings together community-based spiritual
organisations in collaboration with the South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS
Foundation Trust. Spirit in Mind acts as a platform to enable our Trust to make
connections with spiritual organisations throughout our local communities,
creating the opportunity for them to learn about the support we're able to
offer.
The Project
Management Support Officer will play a key role in building the profile and
ensuring the long-term sustainability of Spirit in Mind. They will provide day
to day project management support to multiple pieces of work on behalf of the
Pastoral and Spiritual Care Department, with a focus on supporting, delivering
and fundraising for the Spirit in Mind project through staff and public
engagement and equality and inclusion processes across the Trust. The post
holder will work with a wide network of staff, service users, carers,
volunteers and partners throughout the Trust and with local Faith Communities
providing practical leadership and support to the project and initiatives to
ensure defined positive outcomes are achieved.

Main duties of the job
Main duties include:
Support the day-to-day delivery of the Spirit in Mind Projects as part of the linked charity Spirit in Mind (SiM) working with the Pastoral and Spiritual Care department. The project will initially focus on the Spirit in Mind programme in support of the charity objects and to promote the equality, diversity and inclusion agenda across the Trust.
To secure a range of income streams to ensure
the long-term sustainability of the SIM project charitable fund.
To ensure that all of the charitable Funds
fundraising activities and events are planned and costed and that resources are
appropriately allocated
To supervise volunteers when supporting
fundraising initiatives in line with Trust procedures
To work with the Linked Charities,
Communications Team, Research & Development, the Finance Team and
colleagues across the Trust who are involved in Trust priorities and charitable
activities on behalf of the Trusts Charitable Funds.
