am a Ward Manager in the low secure forensic inpatient services at Fieldhead
Hospital.
The forensic care group comprises of one hundred and forty-four beds.

We are looking for a number of highly motivated, enthusiastic, flexible
and resourceful individuals to come and join our Multi-disciplinary teams and
help us provide a highly responsive service to meet our patients needs.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for experienced nurses who are motivated and enthusiastic,
with the correct values, that can demonstrate a positive attitude to working
with people with challenging and complex Forensic histories. This role is an integral
part of the service. You are required to
provide excellent clinical care, act as a source of expertise, clinical
leadership, demonstrate problem solving skills and be able to challenge
tactfully and constructively and contribute to service development. We will meet your development needs through induction,
appraisal, supervision and access to relevant training.
