An exciting opportunity for a Team Secretary in the All Age Forensic Community Service.

We are looking for someone who can work on their own initiative and be a strong team player, providing a comprehensive admin service. The post holder will play a key role in supporting the service through change, data entry, liaison with stakeholders and services, typing of reports and formulations.

You will be able to work as part of a team, use initiative and have the ability to prioritise your workload in order to maintain deadlines, whilst maintaining/recording accurate details with good organisational skills. Good written communication skills, with the ability to deal with and prepare routine written correspondence.

Enthusiasm, accuracy and an eye for detail are essential, with a collaborative approach to problem solving.

Main duties of the job

The role involves inbox / diary management, audio/copy typing, minute taking, arrangements and running of diaries/appointments and general admin support to the service.

You will be joining a fast paced and changing environment. Experience/confidence in Microsoft packages is essential.

The successful candidate will require exceptional customer service skills with a strict dedication to confidentiality. Previous experience of Trust IT systems would be desirable although training will be provided. Strong organisational and communication skills, with a drive to help maintain consistently high service standards, is essential.
