Job summary
Kirklees Intensive Home-Based Treatment Team are seeking to recruit a Band 7 psychotherapist to work within their team. This full-time post is based at Folly Hall in Huddersfield, and the role will cover both North and South Kirklees.
You would be working with a well-established multidisciplinary team that supports staff to develop both personally and professionally. We have a mix of CPNs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Social Care Professionals and Occupational Therapists, also TIPD leads and psychiatrists.
IHBT are an alternative to hospital admission and work closely with service users, their carers and families to maintain someones safety in the community. IHBT also provide a gatekeeping role for hospital admissions. You will need to be able to work autonomously as well as within a team and be able to assess risks for Working Age Adults.
