for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join the Child and Adolescent Mental Health team based at Folly
Hall Mills, Huddersfield, HD13LT
This role plays a vital part in ensuring our patients receive
the care that they need and will be an integral role within the CAMHS
SERVICE.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic
Consultant Psychiatrist who is passionate about
providing timely services in outpatient setting and ensuring safe and effective interventions
are delivered to our vulnerable
population. The CAMHS outpatient team comprises of neurodevelopmental, learning
disabilities , crisis, eating disorders pathways and core CAMHS comprising of
multidiscipline with good skill set .
The Consultant will work with all the
disciplines of the team, and with external agencies within the child's network,
to provide assessments, consultation, advice and support to ensure the best
possible clinical outcomes for young people presenting to our service .
The post holder will be offered an additional 3PAs
for recruitment, retention, and leadership. There will also be opportunities to
work flexibly and virtually dependant on clinical needs.

- Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise at the time of appointment.
- Included on the GMC Specialist Register for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry OR within six months of gaining CCT.
