Doctor to join the South Kirklees Core Mental Health Team (East) based at South
Kirklees Core Mental health team (east), Folly Hall Mills, St Thomas Road,
Huddersfield, HD1 3LT. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our patients receive
the care that they need and will be an integral role within the South Kirklees
Core Mental health team, Folly Hall Mills, St Thomas Road, Huddersfield, HD1
3LT. The Core pathway is intended for patients with moderate to severe
mental health conditions who require a less complex package of care,
predominantly delivered by one clinician.

Main duties of the job
This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to

work in an experienced team of professionals, to ensure that all patients
receive high quality care. The team
comprises of multitude of experienced professionals, who are looking forward to
welcoming a new Psychiatrist.
