Psychiatrist to join General Adult Community Team based at Folly
Hall Mills in Huddersfield. This role
plays a vital part in ensuring our patients receive the care that they need.

and learning disability services for the people of Barnsley, Calderdale,
Kirklees and Wakefield. We also provide low and medium secure services and are
the lead for the west Yorkshire secure provider collaborative.

Qualifications
Essential
- - MB BS or equivalent medical qualification.
Desirable
- - Qualification or higher degree in medical education, clinical research or management.
- - MRCPsych.
- - Additional clinical qualifications.
Experience

- - Excellent knowledge in specialty.
- - Excellent clinical skills using bio-psycho-social perspective and wide medical knowledge.
- - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Desirable
- - Wide range of specialist and sub-specialist experience relevant to post within NHS or comparable service.
Eligibility

- - Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise at the time of appointment.
- - Included on the GMC Specialist Register for general adult psychiatry, or within six months of gaining.
- - Approved clinician status OR able to achieve within three months of appointment.
- - Approved under S12 OR able to achieve within three months of appointment.

- - In good standing with GMC with respect to warning and conditions on practice
