An exciting opportunity has
arisen for 2 x Secretary/Administrators to join our Neighbourhood Nursing Admin
Teams, one position
will be based at the Cudworth LIFT Building and the other at Hoyland LIFT
Building.
We are looking for a strong
team player, who can work on their own initiative and provide a comprehensive admin
service to our Neighbourhood Nursing Teams.

Main duties of the job
The successful, candidate will provide a full
administrative and secretarial support to the Neighbourhood Nursing Teams. Key duties will include working within
Electronic Patient Records (e.g. SystmOne), producing documents using Microsoft
Office software packages, arranging meetings / appointments, producing patient
letters, servicing meetings including minute taking, ordering items via our
procurement system and carrying out general admin duties such as filing and
photocopying.
Whilst
always ensuring confidentiality, the successful candidate will have the ability
to work without direct supervision, communicate effectively, work as part of a
team, use their initiative and prioritise their workload to meet deadlines as
well as been able to maintain and record accurate details and have good
organisational skills.
