Summary of the role:
- As part of the Digital Services change team you will manage a number of projects, supported by a programme manager
- You will work with teams within Digital Services and across the trust and potentially the wider community we serve
- We are looking for motivated and delivery focussed Project Managers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are key to ensure a patient and service user focus is maintained throughout delivery
Main duties of the job
- Responsible for the delivery of typically smaller projects throughout the project life cycle
- Manage projects based on the principles of Prince 2 methodology
- Building and leading project teams
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring budget is agreed and manage expenditure against that budget
- Responsible for the management of risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies identified by the project team
- Ensuring benefits are identified, monitored and delivered

ORGANISATION AND PLANNING
- To develop, manage and implement projects.
- Where appropriate, liaise with external suppliers and have an aware of procurement methodologies.
- To assist in the negotiation of project scope, products and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
