The role:
- This is an opportunity for Project Support Manager / Workstream Lead to join our fast moving and and highly successful Digital Services Change Team
- You will be supporting a variety of projects ranging from Trust wide programmes to smaller team specific projects works
- You will be a highly skilled in the co-ordination, planning and management of projects
- As a skilled Project Support Manager / Workstream lead you will be able to work under your own initiative, working efficiently without the need for regular supervision
Main duties of the job
- Provide a level of programme/project and organisational support to the IT Programme Management team
- Ownership and the delivery of identified work streams across IT Services work with the Digital Services programme managers
- You will work streams through setting up and maintaining programme/project documentation, producing regular and ad hoc project reports, being a main point of contact as required, carrying out research and development, monitoring work stream risks and achievement of milestones and supporting work stream meetings and events
- You will also need to be able to use Microsoft Office products and project management IT products
