This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.
Main duties of the job
Your Role:
As an Estates Maintenance Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our hospitals remain safe, functional, and comfortable for patients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planned Maintenance: Executing a range of planned maintenance tasks to keep our buildings, plant, and equipment in top condition.
- Safety First: Prioritising safety by conducting regular inspections and addressing potential hazards to create a secure environment.
- Exceptional Service: Delivering outstanding customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Flexible Support: Adapting to changing priorities and working flexibly to support our clinical teams and patient care.
