Maternity Ward Assistant Band 2 (Night Duty) Full or Part Time hours considered

Main duties of the job

The role will include ensuring our women are kept comfortable with their diet and hydration needs met in clean and tidy surroundings, during the night and at weekends

The successful applicant will be responsible for

Maintaining the tidiness of the ward environment, management of stores and supporting excellent patient experience, including bed making and ensuring that equipment is cleaned ,checked and ready for use

They will support Women and families on the ward with hydration and nutrition

They will also ensure that the ward is clean , tidy and ensure stores are put away and stock control is maintained
