Hospitals (MYTT) with a focus on Emergency Care Services. We are looking for a
Matron who is passionate about leading change and adding value to patient care.
The post holder should be an experienced nurse leader who is
enthusiastic, dynamic, and keen to make a positive impact on patient and staff
experience; continuously improving the quality of patient care alongside key
performance indicators.
Our successful candidate will work closely with the
emergency triumvirate to identify service improvements. You will be working
with a dynamic, responsive, and enthusiastic team, providing opportunities to demonstration
your leadership skills within a diverse population of patients, modelling
outstanding care every time and able to promote a positive team working ethic.
Main duties of the job
The role involves providing professional leadership and
support to the clinical team within the emergency department, with specific
focus on standards, performance monitoring and quality improvements. You will
be fundamental in developing a focus on the Patient experience, Safety and
Quality agenda. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and caring
