Main duties of the job

Within the chosen area you will be given the chance to advance your clinical skills specific to the needs of the patients. To help you get off to a flying start, we have a comprehensive induction and support programme. This will be delivered in collaboration with department and corporate education teams to ensure you receive the highest standard of training and support to succeed throughout your career with us. If you are shortlisted you will be invited to a face-to-face assessment day. Here we will showcase key aspects of our services and give you the chance to meet members of our nursing teams. You will take part in a competitive interview process but will be encouraged to discuss your ambitions and ask any questions you may have; helping you to reach your full potential and feel confident to deliver high standards of care.
