Here at the Mid Yorkshire Teaching Hospital an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical Photography Team Leader to become a key role within our Medical Photography department within Radiology. We require someone who has excellent organisational and Interpersonal skills and who can continuously improve themselves and help others to do so within the department. The successful candidate will be able to lead a team, support the service and be proactive in developing service and staff development. We are a challenging and fast paced service and require someone who can step into this role with confidence, professionalism and the ability to motivate themselves and others. Main duties of the job
Main duties To take responsibility for the leadership, strategic and operational management to the Department of Medical Photography service under the direction of the Radiology Service Manager. Responsibility of providing a comprehensive, cost effective high quality clinical and non-clinical photographic service for patient record, research, teaching and publication to clinicians and other health care professionals.
