Job summary
The two Assistant Finance Managers 'post holders' main responsibilities are to support the two Senior Financial Accountants in balance sheet, patients' monies and capital reporting together with subsidiary financial reporting for the Trust's Charitable Fund and Flourish Community Interest Company.
The specific duties are split between the two postholders who will each have line management responsibilities for staff. These will be subject to review periodically.
Main duties of the job
- Financial reporting for the Trust's subsidiaries being the Charitable Fund and Flourish Community Interest Company.
- Capital reporting.
- Patients' monies transacting.
- Control account reconciliation.
- Line management of subordinate staff for the cashiers function, cash books, the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Any other duties commensurate with the position in supporting the two Senior Financial Accountants.
