Job summary
We are looking for a specialist nurse to work in our Neuro and Stroke teams. You will be supported in your development and work within the wider neurology team . We have a well established MDT and you will manage a caseload of complex patients.
Main duties of the job
o Provide specialist assessment and personalised care planning and intervention to all patients referred to the service.o Promote the health of patients and assist in the management of patients through enabling and encouraging independence, provision of support, facilitation of advice and information and education and training.

- NMP/Non Medical Prescribing qualification or willingness to obtain this qualification

- Evidence of leadership experience and/or qualification
