Job summary
To work as part of the Corporate Admin Support Team, providing secretarial and administration support to the PAs/EAs and administration support service to senior managers.
Supervision, training, coaching and guidance will be given in all tasks until an acceptable level of competency and confidence has been achieved.
If you don't already have a Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject, RDaSH are offering this post alongside the opportunity for you to complete a Level 2apprenticeship qualification [relevant to your role].
As an apprentice within RDaSH you will be given the opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive.
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. This leads to a nationally recognised qualification.

Main duties of the job
Tasks/Activities could include:
Support data input to data systems (Integra, ESR and Supply Chain) for the Corporate Exec team.
Assist PAs to collate and coordinate information, generate reports and formal documents using appropriate software with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Core knowledge of reception duties and providing cover during absence of the full-time receptionist.
Booking meetings and associated administration.
Co-ordinate travel and booking arrangements.
Expense management support.
Organising meetings, conferences and events as required.
Contribute to the regular Executive Admin Team meetings / planning process and undertake a proactive approach.
Act as a role model for the executive admin office, a team player and ensuring professional standards and good communication.
Promote the sharing of information, knowledge and expertise within Exec Admin and wider team as required guiding them to work in a more agile manner as required.
To undertake duties such as photocopying, binding, post, laminating.
