Post: With Me In Mind Whole School Approach Lead

With Me In Mind is a school based mental health service involved in early intervention and prevention of mental health in children and young people. Part of the service offer is to impact on this through a whole school approach to mental health. We are looking for a Whole School Approach Lead in our Rotherham locality.

This role involves working in partnership with RDASH colleagues and with local educational settings to facilitate the development of a whole school approach in each setting, encompassing early intervention and prevention. This should be achieved through auditing throughout the year under the framework of Whole School Approach within a Mental Health Support Team to develop a positive culture and ethos.

Candidates who should apply will be passionate about early intervention and prevention, needs analysis and implementing change. This is not a clinical role but rather a co-ordinating and delegating role, based on needs analysis. The candidate will have great skills in auditing, co-ordinating service delivery and monitoring impact.
