Job summary
An exciting opportunity to commence your career, working towards a Level 3 Apprentice Paralegal in the National Health Service as a Performance & Contracts Administrative Officer.
The post holder will be expected to provide support to the Head of Contracts, Performance and CQUIN and the Trust Clinical Contracting portfolio which will include supporting the team in undertaking a range of administrative functions from supporting in production and management of the clinical contracts to supporting the Head of department with administration functions to ensure the smooth running of the team.
If you don't already have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject, RDaSH are offering this post alongside the opportunity for you to complete a Level 3apprenticeship qualification [relevant to your role].
As an apprentice within RDaSH you will be given the opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive.
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. This leads to a nationally recognised qualification.

Main duties of the job
Supporting the team in the production and management of the Trust's Contracts with Commissioners and subcontractors.
Supporting the Contracts Managers in providing data processing, systems development and analysis of complex and sensitive information and will be expected to liaise with Commissioners, GPs and internal Trust Managers and Clinical staff.
Supporting the Head of Contracting and Performance and the Contract Managers with administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the team
