Job summary
To provide a comprehensive administration and clerical support service to an identified service. To include the organisation of clerical workload, management of records and related documents, reception and call handling duties.
This role will include support with the collection and preparation of data and statistics for service reporting and line management of band 2 administrative colleagues within an identified team. To act up in the absence of the Administration Lead.
If you don't already have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject, RDaSH are offering this post alongside the opportunity for you to complete a Level 3apprenticeship qualification [relevant to your role].
As an apprentice within RDaSH you will be given the opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive.
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. This leads to a nationally recognised qualification.

Main duties of the job
Responsible for providing a confidential, quality administrative service to an identified service area.
Ensure efficient day to day management of the administration office, including booking meetings, events and meeting rooms.
Display and maintain high levels of customer service at all times, ensuring all users have a positive experience at their point of contact.
To undertake all IT requirements, utilising Microsoft Office packages and other electronic systems including ESR, Trac, SystmOne.
Responsible for the production of high-quality documentation, including confidential reports, letters and spreadsheets.
Diary management for operational managers including proactive preparation of documents and papers for agreed meetings as directed.
Email management for operational managers as required.
