You must be enthusiastic, kind, compassionate and resilient. We seek practitioners from diverse backgrounds.

Main duties of the job

The senior EMHP/CWP role relies on consultations, assessments, interventions whilst providing specialist support, and training within schools. To aid better recognition of child and adolescent mental health needs and disorders at an early stage and advise on strategies for intervention. The Senior EMHP/CWP will play a major role in establishing links in education and communicating with key stakeholders within a cluster of schools. They will be responsive to the needs within their local area of work.
