We are a small specialist multi-disciplinary team and we value the contribution that differing professions make, working in collaboration, therefore this role is open to applicants across a number of disciplines including social workers, mental health nurses, occupational therapist, clinical psychologists or psychoanalytic psychotherapists, with a solid background in complex trauma and adult mental health. If you are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding position, this role offers you the chance to make a significant difference in the lives of individuals and in trauma-informed service delivery across South Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire.

The TRS Pathfinders team offers a unique and meaningful opportunity to impact lives, reduce health inequalities, and shape a supportive, trauma-informed environment across the region. You'll work in a multidisciplinary setting with structured clinical supervision and professional growth opportunities, as well as contribute directly to the Trust's vision of fostering resilience within trauma-informed care.

As a member of the TRS team, you will play an instrumental role in developing pathways and providing specialized support for survivors of childhood sexual exploitation (CSE) and non-recent sexual abuse (CSA).

The post holder will be supported to develop a portfolio of work linked to their interests and skills in relation to complex trauma, educating staff and promoting organizational resilience in this area.
