Administration Apprentice Opportunities - Band 2 and Band 3

We are looking for enthusiastic, conscientious and compassionate individuals who strive to provide excellent customer service. Opportunities may include (but are not limited to) supporting our clinical teams, working directly with patients either on reception or in our Single Point of Access Team or working in one of our backbone services such as HR, Finance or Procurement.

Main duties of the job

As an apprentice within RDaSH you will be given the opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive.

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation.Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.This leads to a nationally recognised qualification.

Various roles are available depending on where the role is based. Duties may include: preparing clinic letters, handling calls, updating spreadsheets, assisting with diary management, ordering equipment, reception duties and liaising with clinical colleagues and patients.

  • Band 2: Demonstrable literacy and numeracy skills to functional skills level 1 or equivalent
